Duties & Responsibilities:
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers.
- Networking and finding new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 2 experience in the Dubai Real Estate market.
- Great product/market knowledge
- Has a consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/ Trilingual communication is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE market.
- Has UAE driving license.
- Based in Dubai.
