Paragon Properties RAK is on the lookout for committed real estate Super Agents to expand our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. Desired Candidate Profile:

🔹 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate sales or consulting preferred.

🔹 Sales Background: Strong sales experience in any field.

🔹 CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems.

🔹 Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.

🔹 Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

🔹 Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property valuation.

🔹 Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.

🔹 Location: Residing in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.

🔹 Requirements: UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.
