Description:
Job Title: Real Estate Agent/ Property Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing property listings (sales)
- Assisting clients in buying, and selling properties.
- Conducting property/project viewings and market analysis.
- Negotiating deals and closing transactions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including trends, property values, and regulations.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of clients and contacts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate (preferably in Dubai).
- RERA certification (mandatory for all real estate agents in Dubai).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid AUE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
- Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, English, Russian, etc.) are an advantage.
Compensation:
Competitive Basic Salary + commission + inhouse
