For freshers basic salary depend on the credential and communication skills of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Cold calling: Making outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list or database of leads.
• Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing Secondary Real estate units.
• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for leasing property in Dubai.

What we need:

• A proven performance record in Real Estate Industry
• Proactive Passionate about Real Estate, Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
• Friendly, pleasant personality, tidy appearance, well organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills.
• Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
• UAE Driving license (Advantage)
