We are looking for a experience Real Estate broker to carry out various real estate duties. The Real Estate Broker is responsible for helping clients buy, sell and/or rent properties. This includes providing advice and guidance on market trends and property values, locating and showing properties to potential buyers, handling paperwork and negotiations, and ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with local laws.

Responsibilities

• Request client for renting, buying and selling.
• Provide superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction with services provided
• Generating and managing lists of properties for sale.
• Providing information on legal guidelines, rates and property availability to client.
• Finding clients in need of consultancy service through calling and adverting.

Requirements:

• Candidate having sales focused attitude.
• Minimum experience 1 to 2 year in real estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
