YOUR SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND MOTIVATION makes all the difference. At Fantastic Frank we are looking for Dynamic, Passionate, Powerful and Professional real estate professionals - with experience from residential Sales or Leasing in Dubai’s secondary market.

We expect you to buy into the Fantastic Frank brand. It’s vision, aesthetics and visual storytelling. And to understand the impactful tools Fantastic Frank provides you.

We expect you to be independent, self-propelled, driven and with your own clientele and customer portfolio.

We expect that you’ll be able to generate new business using our client database.

You must have proven real estate broker’s experience and a successful sales record. You should have a Dubai broker’s license, a UAE driver’s license and your own car

We expect you to be able to conduct calls, match clients to specific properties, arrange and conduct viewings, and manage the sales or lease transactions as they proceed.

REMUNERATION We are only looking for agents who know their worth and who don't need fixed salaries and low commission splits.

We only pay commission – not fixed salaries.

We start from 50 / 50 split for juniors and going up to a very attractive 70 / 30 split depending on experience and seniority.
