Mandatory minimum 2 years of real estate experience

No salary; 50% commission only, can raise up to 70% once senior or if performance is consistent whichever is earlier.

An ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding spaces and projects.

Responsibilities

• Must have at least 2 years of work experience
• Mandatory Valid RERA Card
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Generating clients and closing deals
• Candidate must be well aware about both primary and secondary market
• Must focus more on sales than rentals
• Should be a strong agent to perform consistently
• Call prospective Landlords/Sellers
• Good networking skills

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut and other portals
• Reaching out to new prospects
• Ability to understand and present contracts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
• Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Mandatory Driving License
• Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals
