Identify and analyze off-plan and secondary market real estate opportunities

Build and maintain a strong network of clients and investors

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying/selling process

Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions

🔹 Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent specializing in off-plan and secondary market properties

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong networking abilities and a client-focused approach

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
