We are looking for Real Estate Brokers to thrive in the luxury Real Estate market at Luxliving Real Estate.

Key Job Functions:

 

· Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

· Create and arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings regularly through personal networking and farming… with information on location, features, square footage, etc.

· Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, social media, and participation in multiple listing services

· Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

· Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration.

· Take prospective buyers/renters to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale/rent.

· Call regularly all clients to follow up after each viewing.

· Follow the proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is consistently met.

· Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

· Actively be involved in the sale/rent of residential/commercial properties on behalf of clients.

· Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.

· Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

· Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help improvising.

· Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with a property's current rental pricing and sale value, especially in your area of specialization.

· Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge is essential.

 

 

Skills Required:

 

 

· Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking)

· Additional languages would be an asset. Verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate appropriately with clients, business owners, etc.

· Negotiation Skills: Able to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rate

· Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, passionate about Real Estate, honest, enthusiastic, trustworthy, friendly, pleasant personality, tidy appearance, well organized, and detail-oriented.

· Analytical Skills: skilled in conducting property market research and survey to identify properties generating the most profit.

· Sales and customer service skills are an extra asset

· Should have a valid UAE Driving license

· Can have Real Estate experience in UAE

· Sufficient work knowledge of MS Office

· Must be in good standing with the local realtor board or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
