Description:
As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for attending to leads, qualifying clients, providing solutions and closing deals with potential clients.
The firm has strong and old relationships in place with all the leading developers of Dubai and will support in launches and any other occurring obstacles. We also organize trainings and provide insights so our agents can be up to date and be informed.
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for sales, deep business knowledge and a knack for problem-solving. You should also have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn.
What you will do:
• Develop relationships and build trust with clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses or find the right home for them
• Collaborate with developers to drive growth and revenue
What you need:
• Proven track record in Off-Plan/Primary Market sales
• 1.5 - 5 years of real estate sales experience (Off-Plan/Primary Market)
• Excellent communication skills in English and the following languages; Russian, German, Chinese, Arabic (Only applicants who are speakers of these languages will be contacted)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate
• Know how to cross sell
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market
• A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
