Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Broker role located in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The Real Estate Broker should have a deep knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai and have experience with Real Estates brokerage, customer service, real property, and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage, real estate, sales, and real property management (secondary markets/off plan)
• Strong customer service skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, preferred
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Professional license in real estate brokerage in Dubai is a plus
• Fluency in English, Arabic, Chinese or Russian is a plus
