Ideal Candidates profile:
- Significant prior work experience in Dubai's office real estate industry for at least a minimum of 6 months to a year.
- Language proficiency: Speaks professional English /Bi Lingual

Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads and actively seek out new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers or tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, property values, and competitive listings in the area.
- Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring smooth closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, properties, and sales transactions.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
