Responsibilities:

- Processing incoming applications for the purchase of real estate, working with current clients.

- Consult employees of other real estate agencies on our exclusive offers.

- Conduct consultations and presentations for clients.

- Attend property closings and oversee document signing.

- Maintain and update listings of available properties.

- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and laws in the UAE.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree is a must (to successfully attend RERA Broker’s Exam).

- Driver License is a must.

- Proven experience as a broker, demonstrating a successful track record of closed deals.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.

- Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Excellent sales and self-presentation abilities.

- English proficiency level is at least B2 with classical pronunciation.

- Knowledge of another foreign language will be a great advantage.

- Immediate resumption of work (within 1-2 days).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
