Responsibilities:

process.

Create and maintain a portfolio of property listings and ensure

they are effectively marketed.

Negotiate offers, contracts, and lease agreements to protect

clients' interests.

Keep abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry-best

practices.

Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate successful transactions

and provide outstanding service.

 

Requirements:

 

- A valid driving license

- Proven experience as a real estate agent with a successful

sales track record.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
