Requirements:

Minimum 1 - 2 years of Real estate or sales experience in UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate in Dubai.

Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling, and Leasing property in Dubai.

Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.

Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers/tenants and landlords.

Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
