Job Description:

As a Real Estate Broker with GTA Real Estate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, with a strong focus on off-plan projects. This is a commission-based role that provides an opportunity to earn substantial income based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify clients’ needs and offer them suitable properties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property details.
• Negotiate property deals and contracts with clients and third parties.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus.
