Duties & Responsibilities
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers
- Networking and finding new clients
Requirements
- Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Real Estate market
- Has a consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/ Trilingual communication is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE market
- Preferably has UAE driving license
- Job location will be in Dubai
