Description:
We are looking for a qualified Real Estate COORDINATOR to serve as a reference point between property owners and prospective buyers. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for rent and advise interested clients. The goal is to forward and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement between the two parties.
Responsibilities
[*] Assist owners in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers.
[*] Advertise properties through various marketing techniques on social and web-based platforms.
[*] Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
[*] Provide legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability information.
[*] Mediate the dealings between Landlord and Tenant, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
[*] Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or previous experience.
[*] Present properties to potential tenants and address questions or concerns.
[*] Draft and complete critical legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
[*] Generate and manage lists of properties for Rent/Sale.
[*] Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
Requirements.
[*] Qualified to a degree level Bachelor preferably.
[*] Proven working experience as a real estate broker.
[*] Ability to work autonomously and sell/Rent effectively.
[*] Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation.
[*] Trustworthy and results-driven.
[*] Basic knowledge of MS Office.
[*] Valid driving license to practice the profession of real estate.
