Responsibilities:

• Ambitious and self-motivated real estate specialist.
• Should have a solid knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
• Communication skills and building solid relationships.
• A lively, energetic, goal-oriented individual with a positive state of mind.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
• Create and manage real estate listings for sale.
• Assessing customers’ desires and economic capabilities to discover suitable proposals.
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, prices, specifications, and property availability.
• Help sellers in the best way to promote the property to attract advantageous offers.
• Qualifications:
• At least 6 months to 2 years’ experience in a real estate company in Dubai.
• Good speaking and fluency in English is required.
• Candidate who speaks Arabic//Russian/Chinese is an added advantage.
• Holds a valid driving license in the United Arab Emirates •
• Graduated salary and commission structure of up to 80% dependent on experience for top performers.

(This job is an incentive salary structure and graded commissions from 35% to 80% depending on the experience of top performers)
