Real Estate Consultant

Attention all Property Consultants! Our growing real estate firm is looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in the field and are passionate about helping clients find their perfect property, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact between buyers and sellers of properties
* Provide guidance and assist clients in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
* Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
* Maintain and develop relationships with clients and property owners
* Participate in property viewings, negotiations, and offer preparation and presentation
* Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant or similar role
* Proven track record of successful property sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
