Job description and skills required:

• 2 years Dubai real estate experience required
• Building relationships with client
• Negotiating deals with clients
• Analyzing data and market trends
• Networking to attract potential clients
• Create a strong network with other brokers in Dubai real estate market
• Respond to client enquiries and leads in timely manner
• Consistent follow up on client enquiries
• Connecting with Dubai real estate developers for projects knowledge update
• Draw up sales and leasing contracts
• Conducting viewing appointments
• Must have a valid driving licence and car
• Speaks, reads and writes professional English
