Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales and Leasing:
- Identify potential clients and establish a strong rapport to understand their property needs.
- Showcase properties tailored to clients' preferences, ensuring that each presentation resonates with the client’s needs.
- Facilitate property viewings, tours, and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of the property.
- Conduct market analyses to ensure property listings are competitive and attractive.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales service and follow-ups.
- Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
- Keep clients updated about current market trends, changes, and opportunities.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Monitor Dubai's real estate market to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the management to improve operations, marketing, and business strategies.
- Regularly update listing details based on the latest market research and insights.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all property transactions comply with Dubai's property laws and regulations.
- Prepare and process all documentation required for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with legal teams or departments when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a brokerage firm focusing on the Dubai market.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market dynamics, regulations, and trends.
- Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven track record of sales or leasing achievements.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
