• Increase the stock of finished properties in specialized locations by contacting owners and building a strong network of useful resources within communities.
• Build business and achieve team goals by actively interacting, partnering, and collaborating with team members.
• Possess extensive knowledge of properties within the specialty area.
• Achieve company sales/leasing goals.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Build professional, long-term relationships with potential clients and focus on referral business.
• Conduct appraisals/market assessments with homeowners.
• Locate, follow up, and prepare properties for advertising while adhering to necessary company guidelines.
• Qualify clients and conduct tours for specific properties/communities based on their needs and requirements.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between owners and buyers/tenants.
• Ensure CRM is always up to date with leads provided.
