Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Real Estate Agent at Union Square House Real Estate. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including customer service, sales, and managing real property. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance based on market fundamentals, and facilitate successful real estate transactions.

During your first 4-6 weeks you will be:

* Kicking-off your induction with our industry leading training to become a Residential Sales/Leasing Consultant.

* Getting to know all the ins and outs of the specific community you will be specializing in.

* Working towards your RERA qualification

* Arranging and attending property valuations and viewings.

* Negotiating with tenants and landlords.

* Getting the opportunity to close your first Sales/ leasing deals!
