We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Video Editor/Content Creator with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing and communications department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in video editing, videography, and content creation, mandatory within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production:
- Produce high-quality video content showcasing our properties, including virtual tours, property highlights, and promotional videos.
- Produce 3D/CGI video for promotion and social media purposes.
- Capture video footage using professional equipment, ensuring excellent composition, lighting, and audio quality.
- Edit and enhance video content to create engaging and visually appealing videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
- Project Management:
- Manage video projects from pre-production to post-production, including script development, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends in videography, editing techniques, and digital media to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Video Editor, Videographer, or Content Creator, mandatory within the real estate development industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video projects and content creation.
- Experience with drone videography and photography is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to incorporate 3D video or CGI into projects is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
