Job Title: Real Estate sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and retail properties.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise leasing activities, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
- Negotiate lease agreements, sales, and acquisitions on behalf of the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Manage relationships with brokers, agents, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations, and stay updated on relevant legal and market developments.
- Lead and mentor a team of property management staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property laws.
- Proven track record in property leasing, acquisitions, and management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
