• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the UAE real estate market in a brokerage company.
• Must have 2 years experience as a Manager or team leader .
• Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have UAE Driving License.
• Language: Native English Speaker .
