Role Description:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals involved in the development process, providing direction, motivation, and support.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government officials, regulatory authorities, and community members.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the Dubai real estate market and develop strategic plans for property development.
• Oversee project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, environmental standards, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, investors, and stakeholders on project progress and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in real estate development project management, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East region.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Sound financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and environmental regulations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) are desirable.
