Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a key member of our recruitment team, you’ll source, screen, and qualify top talent for our real estate company.

Responsibilities:

• Attract high-caliber real estate agents
• Source and post job ads on various platforms
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate resumes/interview feedback
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidate inquiries

Requirements:

• Must based in UAE
• Proven track record in sourcing top talent
• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience (Real Estate industry experience required)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Admin, or related field
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid UAE driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Fluent in English is must
