Description:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in listing management and familiarity with platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder. This role involves managing property listings, assisting with sales processes, and maintaining effective communication with property owners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Listings Management: Oversee and maintain property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Daily Listings Review: Conduct daily reviews and updates of property listings to ensure current information is presented.
- Client Communication: Answer incoming calls on the company phone, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in various capacities to facilitate successful transactions.
- Online Posting: Post property listings on the company website, listing websites, and other relevant platforms.
- WhatsApp Management: Manage WhatsApp catalogs and broadcast lists to effectively market properties and communicate with clients.
- Owner Liaison: Initiate calls to property owners to gather necessary information and documents regarding their properties.
- Client Meetings: Meet with clients in the office to discuss property details and provide assistance.
- Office Management: Assist in general office management tasks to ensure a smooth operational environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Real Estate Sales Administrator or similar role.
- Listing Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining property listings.
- Platform Proficiency: Proficient in using Bayut and Property Finder for property listings.
- Contract Generation: Skilled in generating Contract A, B, and F documents.
- Communication Skills: Experience in effectively calling and communicating with property owners.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with real estate CRM systems.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
