Description:
Job Duties:
· Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer ones.
· Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
· Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates.
· Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base.
· Arrange viewings with clients for the related properties.
· Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.
- 4-5 years’ experience in the DUBAI Real Estate Market is a must.
- Excellent level in English & Arabic (Know another language is advantage).
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and CRM.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
- resident of Dubai and holding a driving license.
