Your Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely match clients to off-plan or secondary market properties, serving as their investment adviser.
- Cultivate robust relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
- Conduct thorough market appraisals and valuations.
- Proactively self-generate leads and new business opportunities from our extensive client database.
- Schedule and lead engaging property viewings.
- Skilfully negotiate offers to satisfy both buyers and sellers.
- Oversee sales processes, ensuring smooth transitions and liaising with all relevant parties.
- Develop expertise regarding your designated area in Dubai, showcasing local amenities to potential buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's residential property market rules and regulations.
- Amplify your brand's presence and engage with audiences on social media.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A sales background spanning three years, with one year specifically within Dubai's real estate sector.
- A valid UAE / EU / US / UK driving license.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English or Arabic; proficiency in Hindi, French, Spanish, or Russian is a bonus.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- A result-oriented approach coupled with determination and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with leveraging social media for professional growth.
