Imtilak Global Real Estate Company specializes in real estate consultancy and brokerage, based in Türkiye, UAE, Oman and Kuwait, focusing its attention on real estate investors who wish to own property in Middle East.

Job Summary:

• Providing support to the company's clients in selecting the appropriate property and completing field sales.

Job Duties:

· Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer ones.

· Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.

· Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates.

· Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base.

· Arrange viewings with clients for the related properties.

· Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.

· Main Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.

· 2 -4 years’ experience in the UAE Real Estate Market is a must.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Well-organized and detail oriented.

· Analytical & Problem-solving skills.

· Tact and ability to persuade.

· Resident of DUBAI and holding a driving license.
