Duties & Responsibilities:
* Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth;
* Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience:
* Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline;
* “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with yo very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral
* customers; Networking and finding new clients.
Requirements:
* Proven direct sales experience in Real Estate Industry. At least 2 experience in the Dubai Real Estate market either in Off plan or Secondary.
* Has consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skill. Bilingual/ Trilingual communication is advantageous (Persian, Chinese, European languanges, etc.
* Excellent knowledge of the UAE market
* with UAE driving license
* Job location will be in Dubai
