Real Estate Sales Manager

Sand and Sea Properties is a fast growing real estate agency in Dubai, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the Dubai real estate industry, with a strong sales background and experience managing a sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop new and existing sales team members to ensure they are achieving their targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners in the industry.
• Monitor the real estate market and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the market.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a sales management role is a MUST.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Currently in Dubai and can join immediately.
The salary for this position will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
