Description:
We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager to manage his team and provide effective guidance. He is responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. He has to review and manage the sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Schedule and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
⮞ Motivating, training and handling team members in order to improve their sales performance.
⮞ Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. To generate business through leads given by the company or to generate own leads.
⮞ Reaching the targets and goals set for his team.
⮞ Reporting on sales activities to senior management.
⮞ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
⮞ Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
⮞ Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
⮞ Overseeing day-to-day operation.
⮞ Encouraging creativity and risk-taking.
⮞ Suggesting and organizing team building activities.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
⮞ Must be fluent in Hindi
⮞ Excellence in real estate sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-handling ability.
⮞ Good communication and negotiation skills.
⮞ Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
⮞ Ready to take up the pressure.
⮞ Well-groomed and presentable.
⮞ Strong decision making & problem solving skills.
