Description:
Oxford Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our growing team of sales agents. As a key part of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring the success of our brokerage in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan properties
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to upper management
Conduct training sessions to improve agent performance and product knowledge
Hire, onboard, and train new sales agents to ensure continuous team growth
Oversee recruitment efforts to expand the team with top talent
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment in line with Oxford Homes’ company culture
Build strong relationships with developers, clients, and other industry stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, preferably within Dubai’s off-plan sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
Proficiency in using social media platforms for business development and sales lead generation – this is a deal breaker
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
