Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and recruit a team of brokers in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales management, team building, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a team of skilled brokers from the ground up.
- Lead, train, and manage a team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base in secondary markets.
- Build and maintain a motivation system to inspire top performance and boost team morale.
- Regularly manage the team, staying in constant touch with each member to understand their tasks, challenges, and client interactions.
- Assist agents in client communication, offering guidance and support to ensure smooth and effective sales processes.
- Track individual and team performance, provide regular coaching, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Collect performance reports from the team and provide regular updates to the management for strategic planning.
- Monitor industry developments, pricing trends, and competitor strategies to adjust our approach for sustained growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and align sales initiatives with campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and high ethical standards.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in building a team from scratch, particularly in the second-hand market.
- Proven success in regularly managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
- Ability to develop a motivation system that drives team engagement and performance.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with diverse markets (British, Indian, Arab, Chinese) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
