Top Level Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales and be able to speak Russian or English fluently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian or English
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales
