Description:
As a Real Estate Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate office. You will provide administrative support to our real estate agents and assist in various office tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and purchase agreements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients and assist in addressing their inquiries and requests. Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
- File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Research: Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and real estate market trends to assist agents in providing valuable information to clients.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials and listings, including coordinating property photography and creating online listings.
- Office Management: Help manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a real estate or legal setting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
