We are seeking two motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team at Realty Scholars. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions. Please note that this position is offered on a commission-only basis, with a shared commission structure of 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients and build a network of leads
• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers
• Assist clients in property valuation, negotiation, and offer submission
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals
• Attend networking events and stay involved in the real estate community

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid real estate license in Dubai
