Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling Off Plan and Secondary Property, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from property search to closing.
• Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote property listings.

• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a similar role.
• Valid real estate license in Dubai (Would be an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
