We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of the real estate industry, including rentals, sales, off-plan properties, leasing, and property consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Provide expert advice on off-plan property investments.
Manage leasing operations and ensure smooth transactions.
Offer property consultancy services to clients, addressing their needs and guiding them through market trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and regulations in Dubai.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales, rentals, leasing, or property consulting in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan properties.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Real estate license (preferred)not mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation.
