As a Real Estate Team Leader at SMS Realty, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a high-performing team of real estate professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, driving sales targets, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the real estate team, setting clear expectations, and motivating team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
- Monitor and drive the sales performance of the team, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
- Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Sales, or Marketing or a related field is required.
- 5 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry (Dubai or the GCC experience will be an extra advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Proven track record of handling offshore clients and securing deals with a minimum size of AED 10 million each.
- Multilingual proficiency, with English as a mandatory language.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a RERA certification is required to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards in the real estate industry.
