We're searching for a driven Telecaller with a flair for real estate to be a part of our sales brigade. The role involves connecting with potential clients, gauging their property interests, and setting the stage for our sales experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients with a target of 100 outbound calls daily.
- Grasp the client's requirements and showcase our tailored property solutions.
- Aim to schedule at least 5 daily appointments for our sales specialists.
- Document call details, client reactions, and future steps in our CRM.
- Offer constructive feedback to refine our sales and marketing tactics.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets as set out by our leaders.
- Uphold the highest standards of data privacy and client confidentiality.
- Aim for min. 3 exclusive listings per week
Qualifications and Skills:
- A proactive mindset, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- At least 1-2 years in a telecalling role, with real estate experience being a cherry on top.
- Fluent in English; speaking Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a bonus!
- Handy with CRM tools.
- A natural at building rapport and tuning in to client needs.
- Resilient under pressure with an eye on the target.
- A good grasp of the UAE's property pulse.
- A track record of turning conversations into conversions.
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
