We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Team Member to join our dynamic Real Estate project team. This role is critical in driving our business forward by engaging with potential clients and contributing to our ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and sell Real Estate properties.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our Real Estate offerings.
- Work towards achieving and surpassing weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about the Real Estate market and industry trends.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to enhance overall business performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving any queries or issues swiftly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telesales, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and basic computing.
- Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
- Fluency in English is a must; bilingual candidates are preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Real Estate market dynamics.
