We are a leading real estate developer dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable developments that transform communities. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and be the welcoming face of our office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the organization.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide general support to the team as needed.
  •  

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
