Reception Administration

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while handling administrative tasks to support daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.

-Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

-Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and schedules.

-Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.

-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

-Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

-Assist with office supply management and procurement.

-Provide support to other departments as required.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

-Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

-Professional appearance and attitude.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
