Description:
Pakistan Medical Centre – is seeking for the receptionist position with immediate joining.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-starter to be involved in the Pakistan Medical Centre. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing receptionist / administration tasks within a clinical environment for the Pakistan Medical Centre, with a primary goal in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 12 Years schooling or equivalent
- 3+ years as a receptionist preferably clinical experience in the U.A.E / GCC.
- Thorough understanding of the Customer Service. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with patients in a clinical environment.
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help others and to adjust actions in relation to other actions.
- General Administration experience with advanced Microsoft Office skills (including MS Excel) is required.
- Must be familiar with medical terminology. Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
- Experience working with senior executives and sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
- Previous experience working / volunteering for a NGO / Development / Aid organization would be highly regarded. Knowledge of any other languages especially Arabic will be preferred.
