Description:
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments for the management
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Multitasking by attending and contributing in possible sales, marketing or event campaigns meetings
- Assisting the event team
- Preparing for meeting and conference rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing outgoing calls as necessary
- Assisting international colleagues with administrative tasks.
- help the design work, Canva, Adobe work and help with event’s related designing plans
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls and emails
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Data-Entry
- Helping the HR team with interviews, hiring process
Receptionist Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist/PR or in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Perfect time management skills and a skilled Multi-tasker
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Professional graphic design application experience such as Canva or Adobe or Photoshop is a plus
- Excellent English Communcation skills
